Lodge a complaint and receive prompt resolution
Escalate unresolved complaints to SEBI via the SCORES platform
Withdraw from services as per the terms of the agreement

Responsibilities of Investors

As an investor, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of onboarding
Reading and understanding all research reports before acting on them
Exercising independent judgment before making any investment decision
Informing us of any changes in your financial status or risk profile
Not sharing or redistributing our research calls with third parties
Keeping your login credentials and subscription details confidential
Reporting any unauthorised use of your account immediately
