General Rule: Research service fees are non-refundable in nature once paid. Refunds will only be considered in specific circumstances as described below, in accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
A Client cannot seek termination of services solely on the grounds of not achieving desired returns or incurring trading losses, as research recommendations are based on analysis and do not guarantee any specific outcome. However, upon suspension or cancellation of the Research Analyst registration by SEBI, residual amounts shall be refunded on a pro rata basis.

Our team will verify the eligibility of your refund request within 5 business days. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria defined in this policy. You will be informed of the decision via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of subscription. Bank charges, transaction fees, and applicable taxes, if any, will be borne by the client.
