Welcome to Trading Brain 4U. By accessing our website or submitting any inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Trading Brain 4U (SEBI Registration No. INH000009418) registered under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

1 Nature of Services

Trading Brain 4U provides research-based calls and analytical insights in equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency markets. All research calls are:

• Based on technical and fundamental analysis
• Delivered via WhatsApp, SMS, or email as per the subscribed plan
• Subject to prevailing market conditions and are not guaranteed
• Compliant with SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014

2 No Guaranteed Returns

Investment in securities markets involves substantial risk. Trading Brain 4U does not guarantee any profit, return, or performance from the research calls provided. Past performance of any research call is not indicative of future results.

• All research calls carry inherent market risk
• Capital invested can be substantially or completely lost
• Clients should trade only with capital they can afford to lose
• Stop-losses mentioned in calls must be strictly followed

3 Client Responsibilities

• You agree to trade on your own account only using personal capital
• You agree not to lend capital or invest borrowed money based on our research
• You will maintain your own risk management and follow stop-losses
• You will not hold Trading Brain 4U liable for any trading losses
• You will read and understand all disclaimers before subscribing
• You confirm that you meet SEBI's Know Your Client (KYC) requirements where applicable

4 Payment & Subscription

• Service fees are to be paid only in the name of Trading Brain 4U via authorised payment channels
• We do not accept advisory fees in any personal or individual bank account
• Subscription plans, pricing, and duration are communicated at the time of onboarding
• GST is applicable on all services as per prevailing tax regulations
• In case of dispute, refer to our Refund Policy available on request

5 Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with SEBI guidelines and our internal policy:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days
• No refund is provided after research calls have been delivered
• Disputes should be raised in writing to connect@tradingbrain4u.com within 7 days of the issue

6 Prohibited Activities

Users of our website and services must not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our research calls without written permission
• Share subscribed content publicly on social media, Telegram, or other platforms
• Use our name, logo, or SEBI registration number without authorisation
• Attempt to access our systems or data without authorisation
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including research calls, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Trading Brain 4U and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Trading Brain 4U, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our research
• Losses resulting from failure to follow recommended stop-losses
• Technical interruptions, delays, or errors in delivery of research calls
• Actions taken by clients on their own initiative outside of our research

9 Regulatory Compliance

Trading Brain 4U is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000009418) and operates under:

• SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014
• SEBI Circular CIR/MIRSD/1/2014 and subsequent amendments
• Applicable provisions of the SEBI Act, 1992

All research calls are prepared in compliance with these regulations. SEBI registration does not guarantee performance or assure returns.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before escalation.
