This Refund Policy governs the subscription and fee arrangements for research services provided by Trading Brain 4U (SEBI Registration No. INH000009418), a SEBI Registered Research Analyst operating under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
Important: Research services are intangible in nature. Once research calls, analysis, or advisory content has been delivered, it cannot be "returned." Refunds are therefore evaluated based on the specific circumstances of each request.
1 Subscription & Payment
- All subscription fees are to be paid only in the name of Trading Brain 4U via authorised payment channels (UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or payment gateway)
- We do not accept payments into any personal or individual bank account
- Subscription plans, durations, and fees are communicated clearly before payment
- GST at applicable rates is charged on all subscription amounts
- A payment receipt / invoice will be shared after successful payment
2 Refund Eligibility

3 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at connect@tradingbrain4u.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Include your full name, registered mobile number, payment reference / transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Attach proof of payment (screenshot or bank statement)
- Requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the issue or payment date
Requests raised after 7 days from the date of payment may not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
4 Refund Processing Timeline
- All valid refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days
- Refund decisions are communicated within 7 business days of receiving the request
- Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days from the date of approval
- Refunds are credited to the original payment source only (same bank account / UPI / card)
- Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional working days beyond our processing
5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- GST charged on subscription fees
- Payment gateway or transaction charges
- Research calls, analysis, and reports already delivered
- Services consumed in full or in part
- Subscription fees paid on promotional or discounted plans
6 Cancellation Policy
There is no automatic cancellation or auto-renewal of subscriptions. Each subscription plan has a fixed duration. If you wish to discontinue:
- Inform us by email or phone before your next renewal date
- No further charges will be applied after the current subscription period ends
- Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused days
7 Grievance Redressal
If your refund request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to:
